Our favorite this Friday is Rule by Jay Crownover.
Rule is one of our go to favorites. We discovered it randomly one day on Amazon for $.99. After reading the synopsis it seemed like a good read and needless to say it blew all expectations out of the water. There is just something about the tattooed bad boy, rough around the edges but so incredibly sexy and fabulous, that gets your heart racing. The characters were so well developed. Shaw and Rule have years of history and family drama galore. It was nice to have a fresh spin on the romance tale with their story. I loved how Rule developed as a character in this story. He never made fake promises. He was honest. I love how Shaw discovers herself and becomes a strong woman. When they come together it is like an explosion. This book has the right amount of drama and a whole lot of sexy! *Le sigh* We have both read this book many times and it still makes me smile every time! It is a definite must read. Better yet, The Marked Men series in its entirety is one that cannot be overlooked. Can’t wait to see what more Jay Crownover has in the future for us. It is going to be worth the wait!
