Molly McAdams has done it again. My only regret in reading this novella was that it was too short and ended way too soon. There is something wonderful about a love story between people who have known each other for a long time. There is no “love at first sight” but it grows deeper and suddenly it is like love hits them and you have the makings of an epic romance full of passion and sacrifice. Another of my favorite aspects of this story is prank war. Being one who loves to pull pranks on my friends, I laughed so hard and took notes on pranks to pull. Watch out cause I am ready for some fun!! I loved that the pranks were a unique avenue that allowed for Maci and Conner to connect and blow off stress from their lives, all the while weaving them closer together. At times I wanted to slap some sense into Maci’s brothers and cry with Maci when those in her life try to change and control her. It is a great story of love and family. This book is a must read. You will laugh out loud and come away sighing, both signs of a great story that sticks with you!
