tina thoughts a review for you

Danger follows the Black brothers and it definitely makes for a good read! Lisa Cardiff gives us an exciting second installment in the Black Brothers Series and focuses her attention on Knox! I loved the danger and adrenaline that is laced all throughout Sins, Lies, & Spies. This book is brimming with secrets and you never know what to expect on the next page. Blackmail always creates a deadly drama and this book shares that theme in spades.

This book escalates quickly thanks to the danger factor. I would usually get annoyed at the instant relationship between the two main characters but seeing the danger unfold and the threat that looms in the story, you can somewhat understand the instant connection and the lust and passion that comes from being in danger and having to rely on each other so much. Knox is exactly what I expected him to be. He is a bada$$ who is intelligent and sees things in a new light. Watching him piece together everything was fun to watch and his skills are on full display. Trinity is the female equivalent to Knox. She is a super spy in her own way but something about Knox keeps her off balance. These two complement each other and I loved watching them learn to work together and fall in love. The culprit behind everything was quite the surprise and when truth is revealed, everything changes. I loved the twists and turns. Lisa does a good job of leading us on a story of lies, spies, and passion. There is no shortage of excitement and she packs a punch in this book.
