Saving Grace is a very quick and sweet read; a classic story of friends to lovers, a tale about truly understanding another person. Grace and Sawyer are adorable together, friends with the potential to be more and truly make it in the end. I loved how they both had something holding them back and they made individual decisions to be together. It was not one person giving up more than the other throughout the story. They both took risks and in the end found the place where they were in sync with each other.

One of the best parts of this couple is that they have a very rich history. From the first time they met, there was a connection. Their friendship blossomed from a mutual attraction built on comradery to a deep friendship where secrets were shared and a safe place created. Stories with this foundation are some of my favorites. It is a story in which the characters know each other and fall in love. They know the best and worst of one other and that makes their love story even more fantastic.

Despite the fact this story is a very quick read, it covers everything I wanted from Grace and Sawyer. We had several flashbacks to explain their relationship and conversations that were deep and meaningful. Once they decided to take the leap, you knew it was going to be good. These two fit and compliment each other well. Their story is heartfelt. Grace is fantastic and her strength was something that makes her such a great female lead of the book! Sawyer is her protector and together they can overcome anything!
